Whilst a number of products are in stock and available for immediate delivery we also have a fair few which are exclusively made-to-order. Lead times are indicated whilst placing your order and may vary dependant on product. In certain circumstances express delivery options may be available. You can find dimensions of any of our furniture on the individual product pages under ‘The Product’ section. Within this section we also provide you with packaging dimensions to help you ensure the product fits and gets through just fine.

Surcharges may apply for re-attempted deliveries, bespoke requests meaning timed or weekend deliveries where available.
We strive on making sure we supply high-end design at a fair price therefore we’re not in for the idea of expensive showrooms. This helps keep our overheads low which at the end of the day benefits you.
Every purchase is covered by our generous 5-year warranty. This warranty includes any defects or problems with our high-quality materials and any workmanship issues. Damage or problems from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear are not covered under our 5-year warranty.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed we do not accept any changes on made-to-order products.
If you would like to change your delivery address you may contact us through the contact us section on-site or by clicking here. All change requests would need to be received in writing and prior to the order being dispatched.
We do not offer any finance options as such at the moment. However dependant on the size of your order we may be able to offer you a part payment package.
Once confirmed, refunds are credited back via your original payment method and will be visible in your account within 7-14 business days.
If you are awaiting confirmation of an item that has been returned, we will confirm this once the item has been returned back to us which is usually 48 hours after the collection has taken place.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We are currently offering Free delivery on all items within UK Mainland regardless of the item value.
This is part of our on going offer to offer our customers the very best in value. Delivery charges may apply for non-UK mainland addresses and will be stated at the time of purchase. If the destination is not listed or you’re looking for an order to be delivered outside of the UK and or an alternative destination please contact us for bespoke options. Additional charges may apply.
We aim to delivery items in stock within 3-4 working days. Non UK mainland, European and International deliveries can take longer dependant on destination.
Delivery times vary dependant on product. Estimated lead times are stated at the time of purchase on individual product pages. If your furniture is exclusively made-to-order, we usually estimate a lead time of between 6 to 12 weeks. Once your order has arrived, we will be in touch to arrange a delivery date with you.

If no one was available to accept delivery our delivery partners would have left you with a card or instructions on rearranging an alternative date. Please be aware surcharges may apply for any re-attempts.
In most cases, you will receive your order within 72 hours of receiving our dispatch notification email.
