Designer Profile
Inspired by Eero Saarinen

Finnish-American architect and industrial designer, Eero Saarinen was obsessed with achieving the perfect curve or line. He had a penchant for perfection, which made him an incredible designer.

His approach to furniture design was heavily influenced by his studies in sculpture. He had an acute attention to detail which led him to build hundreds of versions of a single piece until it was flawless. His most famous designs are still in fashion today and include the iconic Tulip Armchair, the Tulip Table and the Womb Chair.
