By accessing the website at www.nordichausfurniture.com, owned and operated by you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademarks.


“Buyer” means the person and/or organization who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Supplier.

“Consumer Buyer” is a Buyer who is a Consumer.

“Contract” means the contract between the Supplier and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions.

“Goods” or “Products” means the items that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Supplier.

“Supplier”, We” or “Us” means Nordic Haus, a website operated by Foxton International Limited, 9 Glenmore Business Centre, Gosport, Hampshire, PO13 0FJ.  A  company registered in the U.K. as Foxton International Limited under company number 10985505. Our VAT number is GB8398198526.

1.9. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions but will also include any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer & the Supplier.

1.10. “Website” means www.nordichausfurniture.com.

1.11. “Working Days” means any Monday to Friday from 9am to 6.00pm GMT excluding all Public and bank holidays in England and Wales.

Ordering Products

1.1 The images of the Products on our website are for illustrative purposes  only.  Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the calibration of your computer’s monitor will display the colours accurately reflecting true colours of our Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Measurements indicated including weights, dimensions and capacities shown on our site are approximate only.

1.2 All the Products shown on our website are subject to availability. You will be informed by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available or discontinued and your order will not be processed.

1.3 You acknowledge that our Products are designed for domestic use only and not recommended for commercial usage.

1.4 Unfortunately an order can not be stopped once it has been dispatched by us. If you decide to change your mind about an order after this point you may reject delivery or return the Products to us in accordance with the returns below below at clause 5.

1.5 Prior to placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to ascertain you are able to receive the Products that have been ordered. This includes ensuring the Products will pass freely and fit in to the space of your choice, can be transported through your flat or room,  doorways and staircases and there are no restrictions that could make housing your order complicated.

1.6 You are responsible in making sure the contact details you provide us with are up to date in case we need to contact you with regards to your order.

1.7 Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it has been dispatched by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can reject delivery or return the Products to us in accordance with the returns policy below at clause 9.

1.8 Our Products are not manufactured by or affiliated with the original designers and associated parties. The Products shown are manufactured as high grade reproductions that cannot and should not be classed as originals.

Price of Products

2.1 The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site. However if we discover an error in the price of the Products shown amendments can be made to our discretion.

2.2 The price of any Product may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any confirmed pre existing orders.

2.3 Due to the large number of Products on our website, despite all reasonable efforts, Products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that where the correct price of the Product is less than the price stated on our website, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Products to you.

2.4 However, if the pricing error is an obvious mistake that could be reasonably recognised and unmistakable, Products will not be provided at the incorrect price.

2.5 Where the correct price of the Product is higher than the price stated on our website, we will either contact you and await further instructions and or give you the option to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided us with whilst placing your order, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in accordance.

Unforeseen Circumstances

3.1 Nordic Haus reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend promotional offers or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.


4.1 Delivery is fulfilled in accordance with the timescales set out on each Product within our website. Please note that delivery timescales shown are estimates.

4.2 We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland however in certain circumstances may deliver internationally. Arrangements would need to be made with our customer service specialists on a case by case basis.

4.3 Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you’ve provided us with. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partners will leave you a note with information on how to rearrange delivery. Re-attempted deliveries may incur a surcharge.

4.4 Please note that our delivery and returns policies differ according to whether the delivery address is in the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland) or in non-mainland UK.

4.5 There may be a charge for delivery that is dependent on the total value of the order. This will be indicated at the time of check out on our website.

4.6 When the Product is available for dispatch our delivery partners may contact you to let you know when to expect your delivery.

4.7 Please add 1-2 weeks for deliveries outside the mainland UK. Please note not all delivery services will be available for non-mainland UK deliveries.

4.8 Items are delivered with a delivery company Monday to Friday (as well as Saturday depending on your postcode), between 7am and 8pm. If you think you might want to return the item, please keep the packaging for collection.

4.9 It is your responsibility to examine the Product upon arrival before you sign for the Product to confirm delivery.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

5.1 We hope you will be pleased with your Products however you may be able to  return the items to us in accordance with the terms set out below.

5.2 You have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 working days of delivery of your Products without giving a reason. In the case your order is bespoke or clearly customised cancellations will not be accepted.

5.3 If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel a Contract, please contact us in writing before the expiry of the deadline referred to in clauses 5.2 to inform us that you wish to cancel by sending an e-mail to customercare@nordichausfurniture.com. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.

5.4 On cancellation of a Contract, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges that were paid for. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a Product within 3-7 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours using an express or timed service where applicable at a higher cost, then you will only be refunded what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of you informing us.

5.5 We hope you will be pleased with everything you have bought from us but if you are unhappy with your Products, you can return them to us either in accordance with the terms set out below or as otherwise in accordance with your legal rights.

5.6 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

5.7 Refunds are processed in the same way in which you made payment for the Product. If you are exercising your right to change your mind we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Product, if this has been caused by you handling them in a way which would not be permitted. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

Usage of our Site

6.1 Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information) on the Nordic Haus website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

6.2 This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not modify or copy the materials.

6.3 Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

6.4 Attempt to decompile or reverse any software contained on this website.

6.5 Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

6.6 This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Nordic Haus at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.


7.1 In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Nordic Haus website, even if an authorised representative of our company has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.


8.1 The materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on this website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained at any time without prior given notice.


9.1 The materials on this website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9.2 Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
